Welcome to PocketCash. By accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following strict operational policies. Failure to comply will result in immediate legal and administrative action.
1. User Identity & Device Integrity
To maintain a fair earning environment for all members, we implement a Strict Identity Protocol:
- Single Device Policy: Only one account per physical mobile device is permitted. Our system logs unique hardware IDs to prevent duplicate registrations.
- Login Restriction: Users are prohibited from logging into multiple accounts from the same network or device. If the system detects a shared hardware ID, all associated accounts will be flagged.
- Account Ownership: You are solely responsible for your login credentials. PocketCash will never ask for your password.
2. Deposit & Withdrawal Regulations
Financial integrity is our top priority. The following rules apply to all transactions:
- Dedicated Payment Source: Each user must use a unique EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank account. You cannot use a mobile number for payments that is already linked to another PocketCash user.
- Shared Withdrawal Ban: If a single payment method (account number) is used to receive withdrawals for two or more users, all involved accounts will be permanently blocked and remaining balances will be forfeited.
- Verification Rights: PocketCash reserves the right to hold any withdrawal for manual verification if suspicious transaction patterns are detected.
3. Invite & Earn (Referral) System
Our referral program is designed for genuine organic growth. Manipulation is strictly prohibited:
- Active Bonus: Referral bonuses (150 PKR) are only credited upon the successful package activation of the referred member. Fake signups do not qualify for rewards.
- Self-Referral Prohibition: Creating fake accounts under your own referral link (Self-referral) is a violation of our terms. Such bonuses will be reclaimed, and accounts will be banned.
4. Inactivity & Termination
- 10-Day Inactivity Rule: Accounts that show no login or earning activity for 10 consecutive days will be considered abandoned and may be deactivated to maintain system speed.
- Zero-Tolerance Cheating: Any use of VPNs, Proxy servers, automated scripts, or software to manipulate our website will result in an instant permanent ban.
5. Disclaimer & Rights
PocketCash acts as a facilitator for earning opportunities. We do not view or share your private data with third parties. However, we reserve the final right to update these terms or suspend any user found violating the spirit of the platform without prior notice.
